Nikon bringt mit der heute angekündigten DL-Serie zwei edle Kompaktkameras sowie eine Bridgekamera. Allen drei Modellen gemeinsam ist der 1-Zoll-Sensor (Nikon CX-Format) sowie ein schneller Hybridautofokus. Auf komplizierte Modellbezeichnungen verzichtet Nikon bei den neuen Kameras, sie tragen einfach das Kürzel DL nebst Objektivbezeichnung im Namen. Frühestens im Juni 2016 werden sie erhältlich sein, und zwar als DL18-50 f/1.8-2.8 (ca. 960 Euro), DL24-85 f/1.8-2.8 (ca. 770 Euro) und DL24-500 f/2.8-5.6 (ca. 1050 Euro).

 

Nikon DL-Familie

Im Juni startet Nikon die DL-Serie mit zwei Kompakt- und einer Bridgekamera.
 

Lange Zeit war die Welt bei Nikon klar zweigeteilt. Auf der einen Seite gab es die klassischen DSLRs auf der anderen Seite Kompaktkameras. Und natürlich das Nikon-1-System, mit dem Nikon aber explizit Aufsteiger von einer Kompaktkamera ansprechen wollte. Das ändert sich jetzt mit der heute vorgestellten DL-Serie. Sie spricht vor allem ambitionierte Fotografen an, die eine Ergänzung oder Alternative zu ihrer DSLR für die Jackentasche oder das Urlaubsgepäck suchen.

Nikon DL24-85 f/1.8-2.8

Von den Kompaktkameras ist nur die DL24-85 f/1.8-2.8 mit einem Bordblitz ausgestattet.
 

Schon die Namensgebung soll das klar machen: Das D leitet sich von DLSR ab, das L von Lens. Und so wird Nikon nicht müde zu betonen, dass die Bildqualität der neuen DL-Serie auch anspruchsvolle (DSLR-) Fotografen zufrieden stellen wird. Die Grundlage dafür bildet ein 1-Zoll-Sensor (CX-Format), wie er bereits aus der Nikon-1-Serie bekannt ist. Aber eben auch die unterschiedlichen Zoom-Objektive, mit einer laut Nikon „Abbildungsleistung, die die dem hohen Niveau der NIKKOR-Wechselobjektive entspricht“.

Um die enge Verwandtschaft der DL-Serie mit den DSLRs zu unterstreichen, hat Nikon die Bedienelemente, Wählräder und Menüs weitgehend an die der Spiegelreflexkameras angelehnt. Ach ja: „Und der Objektivtubus trägt den unverkennbaren, goldenen NIKKOR-Ring“, wie Nikon hervorhebt.

Nikon DL18-50 f/1.8-2.8

Allen drei DL-Modellen (hier die DL18-50 f/1.8-2.8) gemeinsam
ist ein beweglicher Monitor, der berührungsempfindlich ist.

 

Gleich drei Modelle wird Nikon zum Marktstart der DL-Familie im kommenden Juni anbieten. Das Brot- und Buttermodell wird sicherlich die DL24-85 f/1.8-2.8 werden. Die Kompaktkamera ist auf den ersten Blick ordentlich ausgestattet, mit einem Bordblitz und ISO-Schuh zum Beispiel sowie einem Zoom- und frei konfigurierbaren Einstellring am Objektiv. Was ihr allerdings fehlt, ist ein elektronischer Sucher, er (Modell DF-E1) lässt sich jedoch über den Zubehörschuh nachrüsten. Allerdings trifft die DL24-85 f/1.8-2.8 auch auf starke Wettbewerber, etwa die Sony RX100 II oder auch die Canon Powershot G7 X II. Die Sony bietet einen ausklappbaren Sucher (aber keinen Blitzschuh), bei der Canon deckt das Objektiv einen etwas größeren Brennweitenbereich ab.

Die DL18-50 f/1.8-2.8 mit ihrem weit in den Weitwinkelbereich hinabreichenden Zoom ist dagegen derzeit ohne Konkurrenz. Die Bauform der „Weitwinkel-Kompakten“ ist nahezu identisch mit der DL24-85, lediglich auf einen Bordblitz verzichtet sie. Wie die übrigen Mitglieder der DL-Familie soll sie von einem sehr leistungsfähigen Hybrid-AF profitieren, der Serienaufnahmen von bis zu 20 Bildern pro Sekunde bei kontinuierlichem Autofokus erlaubt.

Nikon Die DL24-500  f/2.8-5.6

Die DL24-500 f/2.8-5.6 ist laut Nikon eine ideale Reportagekamera,
die sich auch für Videoaufnahmen bestens eignen soll.

 

Etwas aus der Art schlägt auf den ersten Blick die DL24-500 f/2.8-5.6. Sie ist nämlich keine Kompakt- sondern eine Bridgekamera mit einem 21-fach-Zoom. Als einzige des neuvorgestellten Trios kann die DL24-500 mit einem integrierten EVF aufwarten, der mit seinen 2,3 Millionen Subpixeln eine saubere Darstellung erwarten lässt. Nikon sieht dieses Modell vor allem auch als ein Angebot an Fotografen, die filmen (müssen). Wie alle Kameras der DL-Familie nimmt sie Videos in 4K-Auflösung auf, erlaubt den Anschluss eines externen Mikrofons und gibt auf Wunsch das unkomprimierte Videosignal an der HDMI-Buchse aus.

Nikon DL24-85  f/1.8-2.8

Einzig die DL24-85 f/1.8-2.8 (hier mit dem optionalen Sucher DF-E1) wird es auch in Silber geben.
 

Die neuen DL-Kameras sind übrigens alle mit der unlängst von Nikon vorgestellten SnapBridge-Funktion ausgestattet. Das heißt, sie können sich dauerhaft via Bluetoth Low Energy mit einem Smartgerät koppeln. Über diese drahtlose Schnittstelle lassen sich Fotos unmittelbar nach der Aufnahme aufs Smartgerät übertragen, umgekehrt können die DL-Kameras vom Tablet oder Smartphone aus ferngesteuert werden. Gegenüber der bei anderen Herstellern üblichen Kopplung via Wifi hat SnapBridge den Vorteil, dass sich Daten direkt von der Kamera via Smartgerät ins Netz weiterleiten lassen. Zudem kann die Verbindung permanent aufrecht gehalten werden, da der Stromverbrauch sehr gering sein soll.

Die Nikon DL18-50 f/1.8-2.8 – Mobil zu großen Perspektiven

Mit einer beeindruckenden Lichtstärke von 1:1,8 bei 18 mm bietet diese Nikon DL das lichtstärkste Ultraweitwinkelobjektiv, das Nikon je entwickelt hat. Dank der vielgelobten Nanokristallvergütung von Nikon gelingen brillante Bilder auch in Gegenlicht. Diese Kamera besitzt einen neigbaren OLED-Touchscreen mit ca. 1.037.000 Bildpunkten und eine kamerainterne Perspektivkorrektur für die Vermeidung stürzender Linien. Durch das extrem leistungsstarke 21-fach-Zoom-NIKKOR-Objektiv und den SPORT-VR-Modus eignet sich diese Nikon DL optimal für Fotografen mit einem Auge für Bewegung. Diese Kamera besitzt außerdem einen integrierten elektronischen OLED-Sucher mit ca. 2.359.000 Bildpunkten und einen hochauflösenden neig- und drehbaren OLED-Touchscreen.
